Short version: we collect what a booking needs and nothing else.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, address, children's ages and payment method — the minimum needed to arrange and pay for care.
Who sees it
Caregivers see your first name and neighbourhood while browsing. Your address and phone number are shared only after you confirm a booking.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor. ChipperCare never stores full card numbers.
Your control
You can export or delete your account data at any time from account settings.
