Booking and cancellation terms
Written to be read, not skimmed past. Values below are placeholders until your policy is configured.
Booking a caregiver
When you confirm a booking, we hold your payment method and notify your caregiver immediately. You're charged once the booking is confirmed on their side.
Cancelling
Cancel up to 2 hours before care starts and you pay nothing. After that we charge 50% of the care subtotal — never the platform or trust fees. If your caregiver cancels, you're refunded in full and we help you rebook.
Prices and fees
The total you see before confirming is the total you pay: care, platform fee, trust and safety fee, and tax. We don't add anything at checkout.
Safety
Every caregiver is identity verified and background checked before they can accept a booking. Read more on our safety page.
Your data
We only share your address and contact details with a caregiver once a booking is confirmed. See the privacy policy.
